It is a worthwhile approach, as a healthy diet directly impacts skin health, which can be more effective and long lasting than relying solely on beauty treatments. While beauty clinics offer temporary cosmetic brightenings or improvements, a balanced diet provides essential nutrients that promote healthy skin, hair, and nails by clearing the root cause.
Focusing on nutrition is really a better investment which I felt today.
I keep distance from fruits vegetables and dry fruits.those are not in my list because I spend more on beauty treatments so that I don't have any money planned for nutrition which is required per day.
Last week my dietician asked me..Isn't it the reason for unhealthy skin?
Yes absolutely. Taking nutrition food improves overall wellbeing as well. On his suggestion I ate pomegranates ,raisins and beet juice within a week I were able to see clear and glowing skin that came naturally without side affects and in a healthy way. Have ever felt it? But still fond of beauty treatments only.that will not go away

@Kusumakrishna - I have always followed the way we eat in Italy, a Mediterranean diet is a good balanced diet.
