August Rains are Naughty

August rains are tricky and naughty here in our part of the country. The day appears sunny and bright but It can suddenly begin to pour without warning. We have to be extra alert when we hang our washed linens on the terrace for drying. It happens with me often that I have to run up to the terrace to save my clothes from getting soaked again. Today, it caught me unaware. I was busy doing with other chores when it began to rain almost quietly. When I had gathered my clothes they were half drenched. I have also to save my head from getting wet as it might give me sudden cold and sneezing. Even a few drops of rain on the head can cause it. So I have to wipe my head with a dry towel as soon as possible. I love to watch the different scenes of the weather but sometimes its tricks give me enough trials!
