Ate a Potato Dumpling for Lunch

I know some of you foodies like to see the menus or good I’m eating
That I tried cepalinas which are potato dumplings stuffed with meat. It was actually really good. Very filling. I couldn’t even eat a whole one
I also tried a potato pancake that was good as well
There were plenty of other food choices there, this was just one of two pages menu of potato options

And I suppose you missed all that great Latvian food. Among my top favorites were potato pancakes but I can get a mix if I want to make them from Walmart. Definitely don't want to fuss with shredding potatoes just for myself, I hope you trip is going well, Would like to know your impression of Riga but seems they hurried you through,

The dumplings sound luscious. One of my hubby's favorited was potato pancakes. Did yours have onions in them. That's taboo in our house.
