Pesang Bangus

This is what I cook today for our lunch and dinner
It is one of my favorite dish. It is also very easy to prepare and cook.
You need to prepare the broth by putting 2 slice onions and maybe 2 tablespoons of slice ginger. I will let it boil with the potato chunks.
Then set the timer to 17 minutes once it is 8 minutes I start to put the fish in the broth, once it reach 4 minutes I finally add the pechay leaves.
I love the broth and the ginger really makes the broth tasty. I will add fish sauce or patis to make it a bit salty.
Have you tried something like it?

I didn't try Pesang Bangus in my meal. I like the taste of my mother's sinigang na bangus.

@averygirl72 I like paksiw na bangus also. I think it's easy if I will cook that dish in the future. I hope that I can try to eat Pesang Bangus for lunch or dinner!

We don't usually cook this at home but I had tried this dish before and I like the taste...
My mother usually cooks sinigang..
