Uh oh, Dr. Phil's in trouble

After he left CBS due to problems with ad revenue, he became involved with Merit Street productions. According to Merit Street Phil failed to deliver the content, and didn't release his older shows. They are charging him with fraud and suing him for big bucks. McGraw said he provided them with 214 episodes, and the suit doesn't have a basis. I have the feeling this will be tied up in the courts for years. I hope it gets resolved. I was always a Phil fan.

That’s really unfortunate to hear about Phil. It sounds complicated, and court battles like this can drag on forever. I hope it gets resolved fairly soon. It’s always tough when someone you’ve admired for years ends up in a situation like this.
