There is never a day when there are no eggs in our fridge. Apart from eating a boiled egg everyday, late evenings, which is supposed to be good to induce sleep they are used for so many other dishes. I will soon be making bread pudding that will require eggs. I make egg curry, I also make scrambled eggs and not to forget poached eggs - sometimes in water and sometiimes in milk Come Christmas I will be baking my favouritge date and walnut cake Must remember to use more eggs as those that we get are are smal in size I have not made pineapple souffle and that requires eggs too How do you use eggs?
