When they returned to the province, they asked me to do some work on the house. One would clean the kitchen and the other would be a carpenter to make a small table and small chairs.
But that same morning, the neighbor came from construction. They said that their side was flooded because their lower wall near ours was not waterproof. So their solution was to tear down our wall and build a new one along with their wall, which was waterproofed. Then they would put a roof on it once the new wall was finished. We were really lucky, because we didn't have to spend anything.
All I did first was move the heavy items like the aquarium and the cabinet.
I hope you are all okay. Good afternoon.

@Letranknight2015 We had a long weekend and I was able to have a long vacation plus another day because of the work suspension.

That's the best part, it is free... Hmmm you have a good neighbor.. Hihihi
We spent our Saturday outside because we had a scheduled power interruption... When we got home at four, we thought we will just wait for a few hours and it will be restored but to our disappointment, it was only restored at past 11 in the evening.

Hello @brokenbee They SHOULD BE. My mom's the reason they got a permit to do construction in the first place. I think her connection to the mayor allowed them to start after months of delay. We do deserve some compensation specially if they kept stepping on our already broken roof. Brown out SUCKS that's for sure.

@Letranknight2015 You are right... It's only fair since your roof has been affected.
Yes... It sucks! 12 hours of brownout is already annoying... How much more when they extended for 5 more hours... and even longer for some...
