These are the topic the past few days. President Marcos was so angry that when he visit the flood control project in the provinces, he found none even though it has a budget of 55 million. He called it ghost project.
Another topic that make me cringe and really make people mad is the interview with the politicians that are the contractors behind the flood control project and how they boast of their 40 luxury American vehicles. And Discaya even mentioned the Lord made them instrument?!!
instrument of what? Corruption
As far as I know it's not God's will to collect luxury vehicles and how they can sleep at night, comfortably in their mansions while many ordinary people are in threat of flooding?
These people won't get to heaven

That really is frustrating to hear. When public funds are allocated for something as vital as flood control—meant to protect families, homes, and livelihoods—it’s heartbreaking to see nothing on the ground but a so-called “ghost project.” It’s no wonder President Marcos was furious. People are suffering with floods year after year, and yet the money that could have helped them is wasted or worse, pocketed.
I’m just relieved that the people of Pasig City didn’t vote for them, since they were aspiring candidates in the last election but lost to the incumbent mayor. Honestly, if they had been chosen to lead the city, I fear Pasig would already be in shambles, with corruption once again thriving at the expense of ordinary citizens. And to hear them boasting about their luxury cars while communities face danger is truly insulting. Using God’s name to justify greed only makes it worse. Leaders and contractors should be instruments of service, not corruption.

Yes you are very right. Poor Philippines we have so many of them. Maybe it's very tempting because they are handed billions of money. I also watch another video and there Curlee Discaya boast of their very expensive 700 million jade feng shui lucky charms in their mansion , so they believe those feng shui charms give them blessing or luck

@averygirl72I think they use these lucky charms to cover up how they got their money and justify its source. If they don’t associate the money with these charms, they would have a hard time explaining how they earned it.
