Miracles Do Happen!

Today I am going to share two cases of miracles in our neighborhood in recent times. Uttam and Papiya were married for fifteen years but did not have a baby . A friend of ours advised them to go to a Catholic retreat centre about 40 km. They liked the place so much that they began to go there often. Last year, the priest of the retreat centre prayed over Papiya and told her she was going to have a baby in a year. In three months her doctor told her that she was with child . Her child was born in due time and is growing well. Uttam and Papiya are Hindu by religion but received God's mercy. Another person who was blessed with God's mercy is a teacher in our school. Rupa is about 39 years old. She got pregnant but was unable to keep her child due to some issue in her womb. This time a foster mother in our foster care home suggested Rupa to take the protection of Mary, mother of Jesus. . She gave her a medal, especially dedicated to Mary ( Miraculous medal as it is known). Through the Lord's mother 's intercession , this time Rupa was able to keep her child in her womb till its birth. Rupa too is a Hindu.
