The red hibiscus enhances the mood / myLot

I have my hibiscus plants planted in pots in the balcony. Hello, here in Venezuela they are called cayennes and their flowers are used to make a well-known tea which is attributed with properties to calm the nerves and help you sleep.My mom had sleep problems and drank cayenne tea and sometimes took lemon balm.

Our elders used these flowers for hair growth they use to heat up the oil and add habiscus flower to it soak it until the oil comes back to normal then use it. Now we can use it to calm the nerves and have good sleep. Thanks yuleima.
