I do not wear glasses any more I can see distance and even those tiny letters on my mobile without wearing glasses I used to wear glasses before but in the last couple of years I have never felt their need
Probably the Lutei capsule I take every day may have played a role What bothers me is that I feel there is something in the eyes. It could be due to dry eyes but the Refresh Tears that I have been using al lthese years seem to have no effect these days. I am going to the doctor to check on this

Can these capsules be obtained through Amazon or another platform?My problem is that I suffer from myopia and it is quite high, but I would like to try something that will help me stop using glasses as well.
