Goldfish is pampered

We have had aquariums and while the other fish got along well with each other the goldfish needed special attention
Normally goldfish is taken care of in a bowl and not in an aquarium. But may as well admit it is the most beautiful among the fish
We had what you call scavenger fish that kept the aquarium clean. I felt sorry for it.
The guppies were the happiest that propagated in no time. Their colour added beauty to the aquarium Angel fish is delicate. We lost quite a few.

It’s delightful to reflect on aquarium experiences. During childhood, we also bred goldfish, a practice my grandfather excelled at. He successfully raised hundreds of them in large half-barrel tanks, and it was always a joy to see them thrive. Guppies were the first fish I personally took an interest in when starting the hobby due to their vibrant colors and rapid reproduction.
Nowadays, I’ve transitioned from guppies to Glofish Tetras, captivated by their brilliant hues that glow vividly under blue light, transforming the aquarium into a neon spectacle. Regarding angelfish, they are indeed hardy but can face challenges when housed with smaller, faster fish prone to bullying. They thrive best with tankmates possessing similar temperaments.

@allknowing I think I got that from him. Though he uses that talent to make a living through breeding. I know we were the first ones to sell this fish in bulk. My uncle, who lives in the capital city, usually buys them and brings them home for my grandfather to breed and later sell once they multiply. I, on the other hand, am happy to just take care of one tank. If they breed, that’s great; if not, I simply enjoy their presence.
