I finally found something to watch... Guy Pearce does a good job of acting in this psychological thriller. It is about a reclusive and controversial author who starts getting scads of letter from an obsessive fan. Some things that the fan says leads the author to begin trying to find the fan, and in doing so he has to confront his past. The truth about the book. It is very engaging. I don't know why critics have to tear down a work of fiction. It is fiction after all. I do love a good thriller and if it is psychological (most seem to be) all the better. I especially like the protagonist to be a woman and shows by the end of the fill how strong she really is. Now that's my kind of movie.
