The only time we get grapes here is around Christmas time They are imported from other States mostly from Nasik The black grapes are sweeter and ideal for making wine. We successfully made wine a few years ago Grape wine is good for health specially it increases the good cholesterol HDL. i have it every day around 60 ml and my HDL has increased and it is now around 55. I think the best grapes we can ever taste are the ones from Australia. Every month of August, grapes was imported to our country.

Those grapes are a luxury in our area. We do buy them but when the prices are the lowest in their harvest season.
