A young boy who managed to get away from his parents at the Hersheypark amusement park in Pennsylvania is lucky to be alive when a stranger who was at the amusement park decided to rescue the young boy who was walking on the monorail tracks by himself. The monorail part of the park was closed on Saturday afternoon August 30 when a stranger managed to climb on the monorail to pick up the boy and reunite him with his parents who likely scolded their son for walking on a monorail track by himself. @xstitcher Okay. No problem since it was a short segment.

Those parents are lucky and should have been watching their son more closely

I am in agreement with you that the parents need to keep a close eye on their child.

How does one let their son get that far away from them? I’m glad for that man.

It's incredibly fortunate that a stranger was there and acted so quickly and heroically.

That's as dangerous as walking on real train tracks, and it was good that he was removed from there before he was hit by a train.

I also fear walking on monorail train tracks.
