Appointment #1 of September

Hey everyone, how are you all doing?
I know I have been MIA again, I read and comment here and there but it is not that often... I know I haven't shared much in a while either.
I have three appointments this month - I know so much fun. The first one is in the morning.
I see my endocrinologist. Not sure what all will be discussed besides checking where my sugars are. My CGM average is a bit under 150 or about 7% in A1c range. Last time it was 7.4 or 7.5.
My weight has not dropped even with a "weight loss shot". I really haven't done my part of the equation....just been so stressful the past couple months and my priority is conceiving over weight loss. Speaking of which, the doctor can't really run an HCG test and find out if I am since I am just moving into the "two week wait" - so it'd be way too early to know.
Anyways, if anyone is interested I can share what I find out at the doctor tomorrow.

Well lucky her! I know for some it has worked well. I wanted back on Mounjaro, but my insurance wouldn't cover that one, so am on a different one. She probably is more active and eats less/better though right? That's my probably...I haven't really changed anything. If it made me less hungry that'd be nice....going to be on a higher dose now though

@MommyOfEli2013 That is why she is on Mounjaro, because her insurance didn’t cover Ozempic. What is with these insurance companies? She’s active in the sense she runs after three kids, but she does eat better (not perfectly though…I saw her Cheetos).

@AmbiePam Really? You'd think it'd be the other way around. Maybe I just don't know because I started with Ozempic and went to Mounjaro. Yes, tried them all lol. Well according to my doctor that is active!

I'm interested in anything you have to say. I'm glad to hear that your A1C is down a bit. Sorry you aren't losing any weight. Could your stress keep you from conceiving? Relax!

Well glad to know you do. My A1c is down more than I expected actually. I will share about that later. I may have lost a tiny bit, but it was less than a pound if so lol. Stress? What stress! I stopped tracking everything to give myself less stress!
