When we were at the pharmacest, my hubby noticed these air cheeses and he asked what they were like. She said if you liked Cheese Puffs, you would love these!! After we paid for my $3 prescription, he bought 2 bags of these air cheeses. One was cheddar cheese and the other was gouda cheese. $7 later, we have 2 bags (1.42 ounces) of air cheeses!!! They were good indeed. Simple ingredients Cheddar Cheese/ Gouda Cheese (for Gouda ir chips) (pasteurized milk, cheeses culture,salt,enzymes and annatto (for color.) The cheese is first dehydrated snd then id puffed through a special process. The bag is a serving and it has only 2g of carbs and 16g of protein. The sodium is 490mg and the calories are 240. My husband really liked them for a simple snack. Now I need to look on the internet to see where I might be able to find them. Have you ever tried these Air Cheeses before?
