Dinner

I just finished my dinner and it was absolutely delicious. My mother prepared it with so much love and care. The flavors were warm, comforting, and perfect. Nothing can ever match the taste of homemade food. Every bite made me feel grateful and happy. It’s true that simple meals become special when cooked by her. I enjoyed it to the fullest and felt so satisfied. Her cooking always brings comfort to my heart. Tonight’s dinner was more than just food, it was love. Ending my day with gratitude for my mom’s cooking.

Dinner was simple — rice with kidney bean curry and potato-cauliflower stir fry.

My mom used to make some amazing meals. Now that she has dementia...I won't eat some of the concoctions she puts together. lol
