Ringegourd bittergourd make good curry

In the autumn many vegetables ripen up. The ringegourd bittergourd and ladies finger are ripened and sold in the market. They can be boiled and very good curry can be made with potatoes and tomatoes.

That sounds like a lovely autumn curry. Ringegourd, bittergourd and ladies finger with potatoes and tomatoes must make a nice mix of flavours. Seasonal vegetables always taste better, and it is great when they come together in a simple homemade curry with rice.
