I couldn't tell you how long it has been since I had this combo, but it just sounded good today. Do you have a "normal" breakfast you eat almost everyday or do you vary it?

Mine really varies. This morning was half an egg roll from yesterday. It sounded good. Yesterday, was yogurt. Tomorrow will probably be drinkable yogurt. Twenty grams of protein will come in handy.

Do you like oatmeal? That would be an excellent breakfast for you. Especially if you combined with apple and walnuts or flax or something

@snowy22315 I used to eat it all the time. I’d put golden raisins in it, and it was so good. I should do that again, good suggestion.

I usually have either a protein bar or a PB&J sandwich.

I had a couple of protein bars for lunch one day. They were pretty small 150 cals. I figured I could eat two without too much damage.

No "normal" for me. Some days it is Indian Bread (Chapati or Roti / Parantha) with some vegetable. Some days, it could be a Rice dish. Sometimes even Bread Butter or Bread Jam and Coffee. Long ago, it used to be Cornflakes or Wheat Flakes, but that I sometimes do during the evening or night.

Yes, some people change what they eat frequently, and others do not.

We have more or less the same breakfast all the time. This morning I had muffins instead of toasted bread and jam.

I get tired of the same thing all the time. Variety is the spice of life

@snowy22315 - We do not have every morning the same jam, or the same fruits. Sometimes it's muffins instead of bread or waffles with maple syrup. A lot of different things for lunch and dinner.

My breakfasts vary a lot. This morning l had organic peanut butter on Multi-grain bread, 1 large guava and decaf coffee with almond milk.

Normal breakfast for me is rice paired with stew and sauce. Sometimes I go light and just take tea with a few slices of bread.

There are many choices, but I often eat fried rice every morning. Actually, before breakfast, I might have a snack.

If I have rice I am trying to get rid of once in awhile I will have some for breakfast. It is really good with milk and brown sugar.

I haven’t had peanut butter in ages …..I think I have a jar in the cupboard. I like it on digestive biscuits

Peanut butter toast is always a nice choice. I think having a normal breakfast can be comforting, but I enjoy switching it up now and then.
