Yay!! India brings back home Asia Cup Hockey, 2025. The news came some time back and flashed on the TV screen. They beat South Korea 4_1 to win the title and also qualify for the upcoming World Cup. Hockey is the national game of India. It has a glorious past to start with. But then the game of the country slid down, lost the popularity, fame and support in the country. Cricket overpowered all the other sports in the country for a long. In the last one decade, sports in India is getting a lot of encouragement, athletes are getting opportunities and support. We are getting better in many sports and bringing accolade. It's heartening to see our national game slowly breathing back and trying to revive it's lost glory. They performed so well in Olympics and got the medal. And now this victory is another icing on the cake. We wish our heros luck for all future endeavors. Proud moment for the nation.. And as I write this, there is a total lunar eclipse going on. It started an hour back at 9:58 PM and is one of the longest in recent years. It will end around 1:26 AM..We are supposed to see a beautiful blood moon. But no luck here. It's raining and dark clouds are here. I just watched few visual clips coming on TV from other parts. I wish we could actually witness the beautiful celestial phenomenon in person. How about you? Have you seen blood moon in total lunar eclipse? Will hit the pillow in some time. A working week starts tomorrow morning. Can't believe that the long weekend is gone. Enjoy your time. See you later.

Since we moved to this smaller house, we can't see eclipses anymore. We have too many trees around the house and in the yard to see the moon/sun unless we walk down the street. And yes, a lot of times, it's raining when something is happening overhead so we can't see those things anyway. Have a good night.

Oh! I see.. I could finally see the moon last night. It was beautiful despite some clouds still there. I have shared the image in my latest discussion. It's a shame when weather ruins such beautiful celestial views.

Thank you Linda. It is heartening to see our national game doing well and trying to get back the lost glory. I think the eclipse was not in your part
