Dislikes in me

Recent days I have observed too many changes in my life style. I used to go bed early and wakeup early.But now time is 11.40pm still not feeling sleepy.why is this happening unknowingly Which I didn't want.wakeup time remains unchanged.Due to these timings I am suffering lack of sleep , too much frustration on everything.Losing focus on what I'm doing.I die for sleep this much.But wonder to see few people who sleep hardly 3 to 4 hours.I would like to know how it is sufficient to them ..How are they managing it..are you in this group?

I sleep between 7 and 8 hours a day but I get that sleep in naps of 2 to 3 hours at a time. That's how I've always slept.
You'll have to start training yourself to go to bed early so you wake up early for work... I know you can do that. It will just take time.

I worry alot if I don't get sleep on time.It impacts my health

Day time I have office.night time only I can sleep.sleeping pattern disturbed somehow

My sleeping hours have not changed So far so good May be you need to do some yoga and that may help

Yeah..I have to do something to improve myself.may be stress related issue it seems.I have to do something to combat.otherwise it impacts health

There could be many reasons. stressers you might not be aware of, subtle changes in diet, or just a subtle change in your body. People's sleep habits can and do change over time.
