Still Waiting.......

I have a list of 5 other things I need to accomplish hopefully today. It is now 2:45p. and I have been waiting for return phone call since 11:50a. From H&W. I have gone through two queues now and am now waiting for a 'specialist ' to call me back when I come up in the queue.
I am trying to do a re-evaluation on my grandson's Medicaid. There's an hour and 45 minutes until they close.
As with .Murphys law, as soon as I try to make another call the specialist will call.
So all the other things I need to accomplish are put on standby/hold until this is taken care of.

@celticeagle I was warned years ago, the worst time to get a hold of a govornment business is the begining of the month or begininging of the week.

Making calls is so frustrating. I've been trying to call the IRS for 2 months now.

@celticeagle Yesterday, after waiting 45 minutes, the person said she wasn't trained to answer that question!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hope you manage to get all your jobs done today. It is frustrating when you are waiting for calls from other people.
