I managed to get the dish washer started. I normally don't like running it this late, but I didn't have a choice. George wanted to sit outside and take a little walk, and wanted me to sit with him. We just got back in a few minutes ago, and he asked with help with his pants. He can and does do it by himself, but he'll often ask me for help whenever the situation warents it. But, I had to because we need dishes. And I have a water bill to pay. so yeah.

Great you were able to get the dishes done. But I am curious, what does doing the dishes have to do with paying the water bill? lol

By using the dishwasher, I save a lot of water. So, when I pay the water bill, it's not that much. If I washed everything by hand, it'd be a lot more.

@kaylachan Ah. I have to admit, you did have me scratching my head a bit there. lol Incidentally, the average dishwasher uses 4.2 gallons of water. I don't think I have ever put that much in my sink to do dishes.

@porwest Yes, but running the tap dumps out four gallons/minute, so you actualluy use more to fill up the sink then you do to run a dishwasher. Sure, I have to wash some things by hand still sometimes, but it's a lot less.

I hope you and George are having a good day. It's lovely here. About 75 and sunny. Weird weather.
