Yep, just had to share. Never heard this song before but someone has recorded this folk song about skunks the smell and the troubles it brings. The song is from the 1970s “Dead Skunk In the Middle of the Road” sung by Louon Wainwright III. In 1972 it was recorded as a novelty song. The artist said he wrote the song in 15 minutes after he actually saw an accident involving a skunk. As odd as it might seem, the song did make it on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and was also liked in Canada and Australia. Now let's hear it for the skunk song!
