Achievements can be different for different people. For some a successful visit to the toilet could be an achievment, for some their first attempt at cooking, and for some landing on the moon What a contrast surely!!!
But the essence of happiness is the same - after all it is achieving something
For me it was climbing up those stairs and setting the washing machine which is upstairs. I have issues with my legs and it made my day when I was a success doing it
What did you achieve recently?

You have to take care of your legs. My big achievement was when we worked in covid for helping the covid patients and we got the achievements award for the work we have done. It was a different feeling you know it was mesmerizing and felt enthusiastic too.

I recently achieved my goal of completing surveys by getting paid this evening and sending the money to my bank so my relatives and myself can enjoy a meal soon.

Lately, I’ve been working on overcoming my shyness and trying to be more open. I’ve also realized I’ve been living a pretty sedentary lifestyle, so now I’m making small efforts to move more. Little by little, I’m happy to see some progress!
