Russian Salad is one of my fabvourite salads It is a full meal as it has many different ingredients including eggs boiled potato slices, beetroot, onion rings,sw boiled cabbage, boiled peas, chopped coriander leaves, and a rich dressing of curds to which mustard paste, salt and a touch of sugar is added.
The Net has many different ways of making it and I have mine

That is what is normally used but I prefer curds for health reasons Mayonnaise is rich ifn caloreis.

Thanks for the info, Sounds like a salad similar to what Latvians make, and I always enjoy it.

You must be using mayonnaise instead of curds?

@RasmaSandra I do not need to add sour cream as the curds are sour

I love a salad that is loaded with all sorts of things. Even though I'm not familiar with your Russian salad it certainly looks good.
