Loving the Cool Weather

This week has been so nice...in the 70's in the mornings and evenings. Went to Walmart today as I know how busy it will be on Friday. I made Fried Rice with Sausage and carrots and peas. We haven't had that in a while. Thinking tomorrow night will be LeftOver Friday. LOL We still have the Mac n Cheese and the Fried Rice. Bingo on Saturday!!! Can't Wait!

Sausage with rice is always good. I like eating left overs it cleans out your fridge. That is what we had today left overs.
