So, last night I was watching the Emmy awards. One of the grammy winners was 15 year old Owen Cooper who stars on the Netflix series Adolescene. It is about a young teen who is arrested for murder. I watched the first few episodes of this when I still had Netflix. They kicked me off. I would like to get it back again, but there are a lot of streaming options that are free available out there. Also, Prime lately has been showing series that were originally broadcast on other networks. Anyway, Owen says he started in drama classes a few years ago, and stayed focused and stepped out of his comfort zone in order to succeed. Good life lesson learned, and he probably has his career laid out for him if he chooses it.
You should have seen his sister, you could tell she was just so proud, excited and over the moon about the whole thing.

I read about that; I hope he has continued success.
I also read that show you talked about, Love on the Spectrum, also won an Emmy.
I wish shows people actually watched were nominated for best sitcom and drama. I remember last year the people who won best comedy commented how they have no idea how their show even made it in the sitcom category.

I loved Love on the Spectrum. That show might make me sign back up for Netflix. Also, there is a new show with Jason Bateman Black Rabbit that seems like it would be interesting. Plus I have to finish the final episodes of You.

Thanks for the review of that show. He does deserve the Emmy award.

That would have been a big deal for the whole family I guess. It was on our news and he's the youngest to ever win the award.
