Presumably he was referring to Americans as he was attempting to justify a military attack on a fishing boat from Venezuela which killed 11 people. Um the population of the US is 340 million. Have practically all of us died? Even if he was referring to a worldwide number--62 million people died last year and obviously not all from drugs. Of course the internet piled on and mocked his absurd made-up number. It is amazing to me that this lying liar was re-elected. He just makes up statistics about jobs, his approval ratings, the number of votes he received, crime, drugs, etc. What is incredible is that there was a decent percentage of his MAGA cult who heard him spout that number and who just accepted it because Trump said it. No critical thinking skills.
