E Waste

There is no household that does not have E waste It could be mobiles, computers, chargers batteries, the works
May be many just dump them in garbage bins and get rid of them and hopefully the end source will pick them up and make use of them perhaps getting them repaired and or pulling out the spare parts.
My technicians collects them and sells them to someone probably by weight who has a business in using the E waste. They must be pulling out spar eparts and or even repair broken units.
What do you do with your E waste?

Here, we need to make sure the memory units are wiped clean before disposal and then the old computers and parts can be sold, disposed of or given to someone who will separate out the parts that can be re-used and dispose of the rest.

Something like a similar situation where I am concerned My technician takes it and perhaps make some money as well which I do not mind

@allknowing As long as it gets proper disposal, I don't mind if someone else makes money off my old laptops. I have my last old one still on my dresser in my bedroom waiting for me to get around to taking the memory out of it to wipe before getting rid of it.
