I'm happy to tell you that our newly adopted cat, Nori or Itim is not a completely black cat. He has some white spot in his chest, his upper and lower belly.
As I said I'm scared of black cats because they might bring bad luck. I search in the internet what is the meaning of black cats with white spot and I'm happy to see that it is very positive.

@averygirl72 I think that is because of the stigma that they bring bad omen/luck to anyone that meets them. That is why they are seen as not beautiful

That’s so sweet about Nori! I love how you looked deeper into the meaning and found something positive about his little white spots. The “God’s thumbprint” idea is beautiful, it makes him feel even more special. You’re absolutely right, what truly brings good fortune is the kindness and care you give to animals. Nori is lucky to have found a loving home with you.

@averygirl72 I do have a cat too, she's a Calico patterned cat, her name is Ikie, very sweet and energetic. For me, the color doesn't really matter, they're all cute to me.
