Back on Track

I did not really stop weight training but I just cut down on the number of hours spent on doing exercises or doing my routine. Not to mention, I stopped taking supplements.
Now, I am back on track and hopefully I'll be much in better shape in no time just like I was in 2013 and 2016 and 2020.
Do you also do weight training? Or at least do you have plans on starting soon?

My weight lifting equipment is sitting unused in our living room right now. I NEED to start again but haven't done it yet.

Nope, I am into eating training, lol! I love to eat, my favorite exercise is walking.
