Spring Hill Tennessee firefighters answered an emergency call from a neighbor in Spring Hill Tennessee on Saturday September 20 when a home was on fire that started in the garage of the home.
One Spring Hill firefighter opened the garage door and rescued the dog safely.
The officials believe that the fire started when a lithium-ion battery caused the fire. No serious injuries happened in the fire.

I'm so glad the dog was rescued. Lithium-ion batteries are dangerous.

Those lithium batteries are a real fire hazard, and they need to be made safer as soon as possible. It stops me from wanting an electric car.
