I am planning on closing my Trust and transferring assets to the Trust that will own Solitaire
I am now a Trustee of that Trust and will have a say on how best to use those assets which I will tranfer to this Trust
There are many government rules that need to be followed and that is taking time
Solitaire is still not transferred and that means I am still maintaining it which is not easy

Once a decision is taken to close a Trust it is a rule to transfer assets to a Trust that has similar objectives But yes, it takes time
