Hello again everyone. How are you doing? I know this won't be of interest to everyone - honestly probably only a few will care to read this. Also, don't want to go into too much detail (because of TMI). I had an appointment today for infertility since I've been trying to conceive for about a year and a half now. The doctor was straight and to the point with her method - try this hyper ovulation med. However, first she wants me to get an ultrasound to make sure there is no issues inside. So now I am waiting on a call from the ultrasound people at the hospital. Of course they don't do them at the clinic. Once I am on the medication I'll have to get a progesterone test at a certain time to make sure the medication has worked. They ran some blood work too to make sure it's not a thyroid issue, etc... not all the results have come back yet. I am really curious on the AMH - that will show if my time is running out. So no real answers yet today, more wait and see... They checked my A1c too and it was back up to 6.9 :( I need to work on getting it under 6.0 because that is where they want it. Once she sees that it is up she may not want to prescribe the medication. Anyways - that's the news for now. Will update more once I get more results back and the ultrasound happens.
