After a long, long time, I baked again.
It is better to bake in this kind of weather, not too hot.
What did I bake?
I baked the Burnt Cheesecake.
This is good. I only need four ingredients, and just by mixing, it is all set to go.
I saw some videos where some added flour and other ingredients, maybe I can try that too next time. I am so happy I baked again.
It was delicious! It is all gone now to our tummy.
