What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us! Tonight's dinner isn't going to be fancy but it will be good. I'm having baked chicken breast marinated in a homemade Italian-style salad dressing, homemade mashed potatoes, and carrots roasted with EVOO and thyme. I haven't had mashed potatoes in forever so I'm really looking forward to that! That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

I had a baked potato (nuked, actually) with cheese and some cheesy rice. Dessert was apples and a fiber bar.

Even though I had fries instead of regular potatoes with chicken fingers I also had spinach so for me this was a full meal, I marinate my chicken fingers sometimes with Italian dressing and then fry thim, It works great,

That sounds sooo good. I had a chicken fingers basket from DQ with Texas toast and fries. Yum!

We are going out to a pancake supper, so no cooking here-woohoo! It is nice to have a break from cooking, and making the decision what to prepared, and for having breakfast for supper. Your meal sounds delicious, I like chicken done that way too.
