A Botetourt County Sheriff's Deputy chases a cow in Virginia

A deputy with the Botetourt County Sheriffs 's Office (BCSO) answered an emergency call on Friday September 5 when a cow was seen running on Interstate 81 which did cause traffic on the interstate and a road to slow down until the deputy managed to tackle the cow who fell into a ditch due to exhaustion. I am sure that the drivers were impressed seeing a cow running on the side of the interstate. I am sure that the cow was returned to her owner or the cow was taken to an animal shelter to be taken care of until the owner was located. Link is abc3340.com/news/offbeat/v,,, .

Lol! I can't imagine how the officer chasing it, it looks so fast in the camera that it blurred.

At some point, someone on the radio pursuing this cow HAD to have sent the message, "Where's the BEEF?" You can bet I'd have been all over that in a heartbeat.
