Firefighters rescue a man who fell down a hole on a deck of a ship

Mobile Fire-Rescue Department (MFRD) firefighters answered an emergency call on Friday morning when an employee who is employed at a shipyard in Mobile Alabama fell down eight feet into a hole of the deck of the ship. The male worker suffered minor injuries when the MFRD arrived. The injured man was then taken by an ambulance to a local hospital to be treated for his injuries, The firefighters had to dig a hole on the side of the ship so they could rescue the injured man which took around 30 minutes from the time of the emergency call to the success of the rescue mission. Working in some places can be so risky! Good that the firefighters were able to rescue the man in trouble. By the way, in some ways, this incident reminds me of the scene in one of the Jeffrey Archer novels.

I'm glad he was rescued and only had minor injuries.
