Social media is an addiction, I'm not joking

People can't be without it. It's dangerous. You are pouring out information that you later regret. Worst off they're people you know. And there is AI, at least here it isn't really an option and you have to go somewhere else to fix the post. I need to stop using all of them, I want to.
Web forums are ok if they're devoted to one thing. This includes reddit only because of the amount of people who use it will be useful. I will be keeping two, Twitter and Instagram, as I rarely use them anyhow. On Twitter only one person knows me personally. Whatsapp is technically not social media. I keep saying this but I am going to attempt to stick with it this time.

What's App is part of the Facebook group of things, or meta. It is social media, but it also offers an internet-only based way to communicate across the globe, too. So, it has its uses. What you do with social media is your business, but like with anything... it's only bad if you allow it to be.
I walked away from Facebook during the hight of the Pandemic, because I didn't like the person I was when I'd be on there. People brought out my ugly side, so I walked away. But, I also know how to limit myself when using social media. You just need to do the same.

@mynameiskate I just found other things to do. I think I wrote some fan fiction, spent time on youtube, spent time with my husband. Just enjoyed my best life, really.

Seriously, you tube is social media?? Writing is good, I like writing too as you can see. Maybe I could try that but dang wilikers for some reason it got that it wasn't fun for me anymore. I like how you wrote, "my best life".

Funny thing is Facebook deleted me, I did ask them to cancel my account but they came back we need a picture Id I wanted my account deleted why am I going to show you I am real.

@jstory07 I actually do have a picture which makes it seem worse. My friend actually asked which was nice of him, but they like we need a current one, what ever it should never be that personal. That's some Trump BS
In the end miss lady I hope you will make me like a cat too even though I am more of a dog. Except they do not follow the constitution , some of us may need to hide.

Its all dangerous, you cannot call out one if you do not call out all of them. . Sure I think Facebook might be most dangerous but that is only because most people know about it. The lesser knows the lesser people the lesser the chance people paying attention to you.

I use Facebook and WhatsApp for friends and family. I use Twitter to keep up to date with what’s going on in the world, and I use Instagram to interact with the sports stars and celebrities that I admire. Although there isn’t much interaction going on.
