A.I. or artificial intelligence will be everywhere. What does that mean?
Here is my personal point of view. Well at one time we had manual typewriters and typists. Along came automation and we had programs and data entry personal. Then a big thing happened in the industry called Digital.
Basically digital meant computers became faster and more accessible. Now we are going to artificial intelligence which means we have systems and human interaction.
Fine but I am more interested in your experiences or what you think of it all?

I have called some offices and they have AI. If I don't answer the questions just right it throws me out, even hangs up on me. It's so infuriating.

I wonder if the office managers know if callers are being disconnected or not handled correctly? Does the company not want callers or don't care?
