Frustrating Bill Pay

I owed a small balance and called the office hoping to just have my card taken over the phone as I had heard I could. The receptionist told they no longer took them over the phone for security reasons. So why does the recording say I can do it this way then? Grr. So, I went to the portal. It had its security code I had to get. I tried to get it and put it in, but it kept not working. I called on my grandson. He had to sign in again and went through the same rigmarole I had. Finally, he gets me to right screen and I pay my bill. Weird thing is that for several minutes after I finished the call, I kept getting security codes. I got like 5 of them. They must have been having an issue. I did get an email that showed I had been able to pay it successfully, so I am good. All for a $15 bill! I love technology, I really do but there are times I could just pick the device up and throw it against the wall. Then I'd really be in a situation.

I've been locked out of Facebook Messenger for several weeks now. It wants a PIN number. I've never had a PIN number; and the Help Section suggestions don't work. Very frustrating.

It was for us too. I thought they meant a security code number. Very confusing. My daughter and I just text one another now.

Those codes! Drive me crazy! They owe us for all the time we spend doing that. Plus the expense we have to spend on having to buy a smart phone, tablet, laptop or computer and then the cost of the internet service!
