No bucket list here.

I don’t have a bucket list. I know many of you do, but no judgement. I just feel that if I had such a list I might purposely try to not achieve some of the goals because to achieve them all would mean that the time was approaching for me to make my exit. Instead I have identified areas of life and activity that I want to be involved in on an on-going basis, activities that are open ended. Among those activities are working my garden to produce oodles of changing colour, a haven where I can imbibe (appropriate amounts of) wine on summer evenings and whiskey in winter. I’m on a quest to constantly improve my ability to operate in a variety of languages, notably French, Italian and Greek. That’s an on-going task with no concrete end. My pasta-making skills are also a never-ending saga, similarly my endeavours to make perfect cocktails for every occasion. God too, and my knowledge of him, is on-going and never-ending, and I need to keep up the trips to see family in England, Scotland, France, Athens, Rome and elsewhere. I just haven’t time for a bucket list.

My bucket list has ended with the publishing of my book. My trip bucket list has to be abandoned because I can't travel anymore. I think you have a lot of good goals.

I don't have a bucket list either although I sometimes say that's another thing off the list. I like your 'goals' or whatever. They'll keep you busy as long as you're around.

I just want to skydive. And does not getting dementia in your 40s like your mother count as a bucket list item? Because I want to skip that.

I never had a bucket list just trying to get through life, If I ever won any money the only place I would want to go is to return to Riga, Latvia,

If I had a bucket list, it would include going to go bowling and try to reach a perfect game of 300 and visit the Smoothie King sports arena in New Orleans to attend a concert with an orchestra playing.

I've never had a wish list because I think it would frustrate me.

I don't have a bucket list either for the reasons you said. I do have things I wish for but I don't say to myself I will do those wishes, because they may not happen.

There are things I would like to do but I wouldn’t say it was a bucket list. I won’t worry if I don’t do them and some would be tricky to do anyway.
