Can’t pay the bill

I got an email that my Spectrum (TV/Internet) bill is ready and that I have to pay it by October 17th. I logged onto my account to pay the bill but it says that no amount is due. That makes no sense to me. I guess I will have to contact Spectrum to find out what’s going on. I can’t pay the bill if it says no amount due. My monthly bill is $80/month, which is not bad, but for this bill I also have to pay $30 for activation. The total is $110. UPDATE: I called Spectrum. Looks like I got a credit adjustment for my services, including the activation fee. I do not have to pay anything. Perhaps it was a promo of some kind for one month.

You didn't give them a credit card number did you? Then they would pay it automatically.

When I signed up for the service, they never asked me for a credit card.

When I look at my transaction history in my Spectrum account it shows that they took off charges for Internet and TV stream and router. And seems they even took off the activation charge. Maybe it’s a promo of some kind for one month.

If there is an email or live chat online, you can do that. But if there's a phone number to contact them, it will be good for you to call. I am sure there's a way for you to check clearly how much there is to pay. Have a good day ahead!

I think I have about 10 days left to pay the bill. I will try to log in again in a few days and if I don’t see that option I will call.
