I have been wandering around all the different apps in search of some good and ghoulie buy not gory movies to watch. I came across two on a YouTube channel that rates different horror movies. They are:
The Ghost and Mr. Chicken (1966) --Who doesn't enjoy Don Knotts' nervous twitches and scared high jinks? It's the story of a newspaper type setter who spends the night in a haunted house and reveals a murder plot. It's great and very entertaining. Hey Luther!
Then there is "The Frighteners"(1996). I always love the genre-type this is given. It is a supernatural comedy horror film. Get a load of that one. Micheal J. Fox does a superb job of portraying the lead character-- an architect who develops a several psychic abilities allowing him to see, hear and communicate with ghosts. This happens after his wife's murder. He befriends ghosts and has them haunt people and then he charges large fees to then come in and get rid of the ghosts. But the spirit of a mass murder appears and things get creepy. It's a great movie. The effects are wonderful, and it is fast paced and very exciting to watch. You can watch it on Tubi TV.

Don Knotts was great at being scared. I like Bela Lugosi a lot. He made Dracula what it is today.
