What's for dinner? October 9

What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us! I don't have any meat thawed so I'm going with a classic Italian-American pasta dish--penne al vodka. It is based on the recipe in the Carmine's cookbook but at this point I've made it like 100 times and I just wing it. It is easy to make and also easy on the wallet. To go with it I'll have a side salad with blue cheese dressing. That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

Just a frozen lasagna, I used to make a really good one but making sure I have the ingredients at home is a problem.

I make several different versions of lasagna and they are all BANGING--Carmine's, pesto, and herb garden. I don't make them often though now that I live alone and don't entertain like I used to.

I went to the Centre for lunch today. We had a turkey dinner and I brought home leftovers, and that's what I'm having for dinner today.

Tonight it's my usual. Meals on Wheels had two extra frozen dinners; so I took them. Will probably have one this weekend.
