i always have had sleeping problem. even if i try to sleep early, sleep always come late for me. to help with this, i drink lavender tea. it is very effective for me, but due to changing weather(its wet season here in our country) i found some live insects on my lavender pouch and so i discontinue consuming it. now, i ordered a Magnesium Glycinate with ashwaganda online, i research that it also aids sleep. and it does work for me. its very good actually and im so happy i've found it. how are you friends? ive been busy quite lately with work, im not able to visit myLot.

A couple of Mylotters take Magnesium Glycinate at night for sleep. I once had magnesium cream with lavender, and I’d put it around my neck. It really did relax me.
I used to have a heck of a lot of trouble sleeping, and had to take a sleeping pill. I didn’t like it, and eventually quit taking it. Now, I just take a muscle relaxer before bed. It helps to keep me from grinding my teeth too.

@AmbiePam yes it could probably be stress. Mine, wetting the bed, was from stress because i used to be scolded a lot by my grandma that led me to move out eventually to another place and that's when my healing happened. It just went away on its own with the new environment.

It's okay that you are busy in your work. Thank you for sharing your discussion here on how you can sleep well every night. Have a great day mylotters.

@Moonyana I don't want to do anything online because I have my phone that its camera is having too much light. I hope that this will disappear and clean my phone's memory for a bigger storage capacity.
