Moonyana hi. i used to do it. I learned it from gnostic studies by VM Samael Aun Weor. He teaches it in his books along with different mantrams to open the energy centers. the mantras really worked. I had fun with it, doing AP i mean. This thing is very real.

Moonyana with my scrapbook, yes i often looked at it too so it would be ingrained in my subconscious, that's how those things work. i also am into mantra or affirmations. are you also? they really have big impact on our subconscious as well.
