What's for dinner? / myLot

What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know! I pulled 2 pork chops from the freezer yesterday to thaw. I have them brining in a mixture of water, brown sugar, kosher salt, garlic cloves, and bay leaves. I will rub them with a seasoning mix (probably Tuscan) and bake them. The brine will keep them juicy. To go with I will have some leftover homemade mashed potatoes and steamed green beans that I will sprinkle with garlic salt. Yum! That's what is happening here. I had SOS-ish thing (beef stew, not chipped beef, on bread), cheese sandwich, peach applesauce & bread (which tastes like peach jam and bread), a fiber bar, and some yogurt.
